Location and Jurisdiction

You are responsible for ensuring that online betting is legal where you live. We do not provide services to players in jurisdictions where it is restricted, and we have the right to suspend such players' access.

One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at w99p. Opening duplicate accounts using the same name, contact number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all related accounts will be closed.

Account Opening and Management

Accurate Information Required

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when opening an account. Your name, date of birth, address, and contact details must all be correct. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended, and withdrawals from such accounts may be refused.

Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. If you believe a third party has accessed your account, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access.

Account Verification (KYC)

We may verify your identity before a withdrawal or at any appropriate time. This may include a copy of your national ID, KYC documents, and payment verification. Failure to cooperate with these checks may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Payment Methods and Minimum Amounts

w99p supports the following payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks. This limit applies equally across all payment methods.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be placed on hold for accounts that have not completed KYC verification or have not yet met bonus wagering requirements.

Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to the player's own payment method. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Payment Restrictions

  • Players must only use funds and payment methods that belong to them.
  • Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not permitted.
  • If there is suspicion of money laundering or irregular fund cycling, those funds may be voided.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New players at w99p can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. This bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may have its own specific conditions, which apply together with these general terms.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Two bonuses cannot be combined at the same time — only one promotion can be claimed at a time.
  • Regardless of any winnings, you may not withdraw while a bonus is active until the wagering requirement is fully met.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.

VIP Tiered Cashback

The w99p VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members can receive up to 0.2% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, and Platinum — up to 1.0%. VIP tier progression depends on each player's playing activity.

Game and Betting Rules

Fair Play

All games offered at w99p use technology designed to ensure fair outcomes. Our decisions on game results and betting outcomes are final.

Prohibited Activities

  • The use of bots or automated playing software is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the game system may result in immediate account suspension.
  • If bonus abuse — completing wagering requirements with the bonus alone — is detected, the bonus and any related benefits will be forfeited.
  • Playing from the same IP address with different accounts will not be treated as separate players and may be investigated.

Betting Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit the frequency and amount of play for individual players. These limits may be set at a player's request or as part of our Responsible Gaming protections.

Limitation of Liability
